We process and dispatch all retail orders within 1-2 business days. We offer standard and express shipping options across Australia. Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days, while express delivery arrives within 1-3 business days, depending on your location. You can view the final shipping costs for your order at checkout before completing your purchase.
Your satisfaction is our top priority. We accept returns for change of mind within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. You can choose a refund, an exchange, or a store credit. To initiate a return, please visit our “Returns Portal” page or contact our customer service team with your order number.
We accept a wide range of secure payment methods for your convenience. You can complete your purchase using major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure payment gateways. All transactions are encrypted to ensure your details are kept safe.
As we are constantly sourcing new and trendy styles, many of our fashion items are seasonal and may not be restocked once they are sold out. However, our core ranges of hats, socks, and scarves are replenished regularly. If you would like to inquire about a specific item, please contact our customer service team and we will be happy to check for you.
To keep our prices as reasonable as possible, we operate as an online and wholesale distribution company and do not have a physical retail store. However, business customers can visit us at major industry trade shows throughout the year, including the Reed Gift Trade Fair and Fashion Exposed.
We are proud to partner with over 2,000 stockists across the country and welcome new wholesale customers. To apply for a wholesale account and gain access to our discounted pricing, please navigate to the “Wholesale Registration” link. Once you submit your application with your business details, our team will review it and be in touch to finalize your account setup.
To ensure your accessories last, we recommend checking the product description on our website for specific care instructions. As a general guide:
